Can I register for an online account in two names?

No, you can only apply for an online account in one name.

If I upgrade, do I have to buy lotto tickets online?

No, you can just use the features of the Lottery account that suit you.

Can I have prizes from retail purchases paid into my online account?

Yes, once your lottery enabled online account has been verified. Once verified, you can enable this option in your account and any prizes which you do not claim in-store, will be paid into your online account, rather than by cheque. You will still have 4 weeks (from the last draw date on the ticket) to claim the prizes in-store, before they're paid into your Online Lottery account.

From my online account how can I tell if a retail prize has been paid to me or not?

On the Ticket History tab there will be a $ icon at the end of any transaction row that has NOT been paid to you.

If I have prizes paid into my online account, how do I withdraw the money?

It’s easy. Just login to your online account and use the “Withdraw Funds” menu option to withdraw the funds into your Bank account. To enable account withdrawals, you will first need to verify your account, which you can do online through your account.

If I upgrade, do I need to verify my account?

You’ll need to verify your identity to have your retail prizes paid into your online account and to withdraw funds from your online account. You'll also need to verify your account if you wish to buy lotto online beyond 90 days from registering.

How do I verify my account?

Verifying your online account is easy and only needs to be done once. Most members are able to complete their identity verification in a few moments using the online verification service. Login to your online account, then click on the “Verify” button and we’ll step you through the process. 

What happens if I don't verify my account?

You have 90 days to verify your online account or it will be closed. If this happens, you will still be able to login and view your full ticket and prize history and membership details, but you will not be able to purchase lotto online, withdraw funds or have your prizes paid into your online account.

What if there are currently 2 players registered to my Card?

If you have a 2 player Winners Circle membership, you will not be able to upgrade. You will need to apply for a new online account as part of which you will automatically receive a new linked Winners Circle card. You will need to activate the new card to take advantage of the online benefits for Winners Circle members.

If I currently have 2 players registered to my Card, can I still use the card?

Yes. You can continue to use your Winners Circle card as you normally would in a Golden Casket Outlet and you will continue to receive the benefits of Winners Circle as you did previously. You will just be unable to link your card with an online account to access the online benefits.

Do I need a Winners Circle membership to buy lotto online?

No. You do not need a Winners Circle membership to buy lotto online.

When I login to my Winners Circle Online account, it asks me to reset my password before upgrading. Is this right?

If the password you have been using to access Winners Circle's online service does not meet the minimum criteria for a lottery enabled online account, you will be asked to update the password. This is to ensure your personal details remain fully secured when you upgrade to a new, more secure account.This is particularly important as you may like to enter your Bank account details for withdrawals or your credit card details for online purchasing.

How do I logon to my new Lottery enabled online account?

You can continue to use your old logon, that is your Winners Circle card number. If your password does not meet the minimum criteria for security, you may be asked to update your password.

Can I apply for a Winners Circle card in 2 names?

No, you can only apply for a Winners Circle card in one name. However by doing this you will be able to link your card with an online account to access many online benefits.

Can I still play my saved Super 66 Favourite the way I used to?

Any Super 66 games that are saved to a Winners Circle card will now be played as a QuickPick Super 66 game when that favourite is played not as the saved number that you previously used to play. This means that each time you play the favourite you will get a new set of numbers.

Can I claim a prize off a multi-week ticket that I purchased prior to April 22?

Any wins on multi-week tickets where the ticket was purchased prior to April 22 can not be paid until after the last draw on the ticket has been held. Please present the ticket at your local Golden Casket Outlet after the last draw on the ticket to collect any prize wins.

I've had a win on a multi-week ticket over 4 weeks ago but have not seen a cheque yet. When will I get the cheque?

Unclaimed prizes on multi-week tickets will not be paid into your online account or by cheque until 4 weeks after the last draw on the ticket.

How do I replace my damaged Winners Circle card?

Login to the "Winners Circle" page of your online account and you can order a replacement card online. You can also ask your retailer to order a new card for you, the next time you're in a Golden Casket Outlet.

How do I order an additional Winners Circle card?

Login to the "Card Management" page of your online account and you can order additional cards. Note that additional cards require activation before they can be used. once activated, all your cards are covered by a single annual renewal fee. You can also ask your retailer to order an additional card for you, the next time you're in a Golden Casket shop.

How much does it cost to be a Winners Circle member?

There are now multi-year membership options for members and membership starts from as little as $3 per year for a 5 year membership. Login to the "Card Management" page of your online account and you can order additional cards, replacement cards and pay your membership fees online. Note that additional cards require activation before they can be used. Once activated, all your cards are covered by a single annual renewal fee. You can also ask your retailer to order an additional card for you, the next time you're in a Golden Casket outlet.

How do I get a Winners Circle card?

Fill in a Winners Circle application form at your local Golden Casket Outlet and hand to your Retailer. Your personalised Card with two key ring cards will be mailed to you in approximately 21 days. Once you receive the card, you will need to activate it by paying the membership fee at your local Golden Casket Outlet. You can join for 1 year - $5, 2 years - $9 , 3 years - $10 or 5 years - $15.

I have lost, had stolen or misplaced my REGISTERED ticket/s. What can I do?

If you are a Winners Circle card member and you lose your lotto ticket registered to your Winners Circle card, you should call Golden Casket on 131 868.

If you lose your ticket together with your Winners Circle card, call Golden Casket immediately on 131 868 so we can place a 'Stop Payment' on your ticket which will prevent anyone else from claiming your prize, provided that the prize has not yet been paid.

Is my Online account connected to my Winners Circle card?

You can connect your Card membership to your online account through your online account or when you sign-up.

How do I record numbers onto my Card?

Recording numbers onto your Winners Circle card is easy and you can store up to 50 different entries on your card.

Just mark your favourite numbers onto any coupon of your choice, then hand the coupon to your Golden Casket Retailer along with your Card and ask them to record the numbers onto your card. To play your numbers whenever you want, simply hand your Card to your Retailer and ask to play your recorded numbers.

How can I change my address?

You can update your address details at any time by visiting your local Golden Casket Outlet and completing a Change of Details form or if your card is linked to your online account you can change your address online through the My Details section under Your Account.

How do I change the name registered on my Winners Circle membership?

Should you change your surname due to marriage, divorce or deed poll, just complete a Customer Name Change Form and provide a photocopy of your marriage certificate, dissolution of marriage or deed poll and forward:

What's happening with the Winners Circle Bonus Draws? I've heard it's changing.

Yes, in order for us to reward more of our members every week, our Winners Circle program now has a new and improved format. From 14 May, for every $1.00 you spend on Golden Casket lotto products, you’ll receive one chance to win one of four weekly prizes of $5,000.

This means four Winners Circle members will be drawn at random to share in $20,000 every week, with each receiving $5,000 from the program.

Why have you changed the Winners Circle structure - it was pretty good the way it was?

We have introduced the new format so we can reward a greater number of our customers each week. Introducing the new Bonus Draw structure means we’ll have four times more happy winners than previously.

You’ll still have the same security and convenience features as always, including the ability to record your favourite numbers on your Winners Circle card.

How are the winners chosen in the weekly Bonus Draws?

From 14 May, for every $1.00 you spend on Golden Casket lotto products, you’ll receive one chance to win one of four weekly prizes of $5,000. That means that the more dollars you spend, the more chances you have of winning $5,000.

A weekly bonus draw will be conducted by us once for each Weekly Draw Period (after the Weekly Draw Period) and consists of the random selection of 4 valid entries from all entries generated for that week.

What if I buy a Gold Lotto Super QuickPick for $20.90? Do I get twenty or twenty-one chances to win?

In the new format, part dollars count also. For example, if you spend $20.90 on a Gold Lotto Quickpick, we’ll give you twenty-one chances to win instead of only twenty.

What products will give me chances to enter Bonus Draws?

Purchasing any Golden Casket lotto products will automatically enter you into the Winners Circle Weekly Bonus Draw. This includes Saturday and Wednesday Gold Lotto, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Super 66, The Pools and Casket.
