FAQ – ACT online customer accounts

Important changes

From March 24th - 30th 2015, there will be some online account changes for ACT customers. Communication has been sent out to affected customers summarizing these changes. Below are some questions that may assist with any queries that you may have.

Why is my online account moving from Tatts to NSW Lotteries?

This will simplify the way you can play lotto in both retail and online environments. If you are an ACT resident, you’ll be able to play NSW Lotteries games both online and in-store. You’ll also have access to Lotto Strike and Lucky Lotteries games.

What changes will occur?

If you’re an ACT customer with an online account, from March 24 your purchases will be made through NSW Lotteries. From March 16, you’ll be prompted to accept our new terms and conditions the first time you login. Note that if you use a credit card to purchase your tickets then you will need to enter these details again. You can do this in the Deposit section of your online account.

All the functions of your account will remain in place. Any advance purchases, even for games that can’t be played in NSW Lotteries, will still be valid.

If you have already verified your account, any funds you had in your online account, as well as ticket history will also be available in your account. If you have not verified your account, you’ll have 90 days from March 30th to do so. If you do not verify your account within this period, your account will be closed and any funds you had in your online account will remain there but will be held until you verify. We’ll send you email reminders closer to the date to verify your account.

Super 66 will not be offered online through NSW Lotteries, however you will be able to play Lotto Strike, which is a similar style of add-on game that can be played with Lotto. Any Autoplay Subscription Purchases that have been set up with Super 66 will no longer work. You can adjust settings easily under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab in your account.

If you have a Players Club card then from March 30th, you will be able to link your card with your online account under the ‘Players Club’ tab in your account. This will allow you to view your retail purchases and have retail prizes paid directly into your online or bank account.

Do I need to do anything about these changes?

You can continue to use your account as normal throughout this period and just accept the new terms and conditions when prompted. If you have any questions about these changes, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre on 131 868 or customersupport@tattersalls.com.au.

What will happen to any tickets I have already purchased for future dates?
