How does a subscription work?

It’s quick and easy to set up – simply select the option to subscribe when next buying your entry online.

  • Depending on what subscription option you have selected the entry you purchased when setting up your subscription is played automatically into the next relevant draw based on your selection.
  • Subscription entries are paid for from the funds in your account with the Lott in the first instance, and then from your backup payment method should your account be running low - that way you always get your entry into the draw!
  • We’ll send you email notifications every step of the way to ensure you’re never left out of the loop, including if you’ve had a win!
  • You can choose to pause or cancel your subscriptions at any time, giving you complete control.

How do I create a Subscription?

You can create a Subscription via the Lott website by following these five easy steps:

1. Visit the buy lotto page

2. Select your game

3. Select your entry type and numbers

4. Tick subscribe by either ‘Draw’ or ‘Jackpot’ amount.

5. Complete your purchase.

Please note that your online account must be verified and you must make a purchase to create a Subscription.

How do I manage my Subscriptions?

Your Subscriptions can be found on the ‘Subscriptions’ page within your account. Here you can take any of the following actions:

Pause – place a subscription on hold when you choose.

Reactivate – paused subscriptions can be reactivated at any time.

Delete – subscriptions can be deleted up to the final moments before the draw.

Can I cancel tickets that have been purchased with my Subscription?

Yes – tickets that are purchased with your Subscription can be cancelled at any time up until the draw closes. You can cancel tickets from within the Ticket History page of your account.

Why do I need to provide a backup payment method?

To ensure we can always purchase the tickets you have requested through your Subscription, we ask you to provide one authorised Credit/Debit Card that covers all entries. We will only debit funds from your credit card if there are insufficient funds in your online account. If you ensure there are sufficient funds in your account at all times, your credit card will not be used.
