update your players club details

It's important to keep your membership details up to date so we can contact you if you have a win, if we need to send you a cheque or to let you know about the latest news, promotions and jackpots.

Players Club members

If you are a Players Club member you can update your contact details either;

  • At a NSW Lotteries Outlet (grab a Change of Details form). If you need to update your name, see below.
  • Online through your linked Tatts.com account (NSW residents only) - Join now

If you need to change the name that currently appears on your Players Club card, please download and follow the instructions on the Name Change Form:

Online members (Tatts.com)

If you are an online member of Tatts.com, you can update your details (including your Players Club member details where your card is linked) through the My Details page in your Account menu (login now).


Changes of your address, phone number or email will not take effect until close of business on the next working day. Please note that if you wish to change your name, you must provide NSW Lotteries with a copy of your marriage certificate or change of name deed.
