A Cairnlea shopper has come forward to claim their division one prize in TattsLotto draw 3841 but the circumstances surrounding how they came to discover their win are still shrouded in secrecy.
 
The mystery winner holds one of 14 division one winning entries in Saturday’s $20 million TattsLotto Superdraw draw 3841 on 12 May 2018. Each entry took home a division one prize of $1,428,571.43
 
Despite the entry being registered to a Tatts Card, Tatts officials had been unable to make contact with the winner with the contact details provided and had to wait for them to come forward to claim their prize.
 
However, how the secretive winner plans to spend their TattsLotto windfall and begin their life as a millionaire will forever be a mystery as they have chosen to remain completely anonymous and celebrate in private.
 
The winning entry was purchased from Cairnlea News & Lotto, Shop 15, Cairnlea Shopping Centre, 100 Furlong Road, Cairnlea.
 
Xiuli Bao, owner of Cairnlea News & Lotto, said she was thrilled to have sold another division one winning entry.
 
“The last division one winning entry we sold was in February 2017,” she explained.
 
“That was for a Monday TattsLotto prize of $1 million so this one is not only our latest win but our biggest!
 
“We are so excited and happy for our customer. We wish them all the best!”
 
The six winning numbers in Saturday Lotto draw 3841 on Saturday 12 May 2018 were 12, 17, 38, 31, 6 and 14.  The supplementary numbers were 34 and 32.
 
Across Australia there were 14 division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 3841 – seven from Victoria, three from New South Wales, and one each from Queensland, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
 
Of the 14 division one winning entries, four were held by syndicates.
 
The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 372 so far this financial year, including 139 won by Tatts customers.
