A Beaconsfield woman has declared her division one TattsLotto win is ‘just marvellous’ after discovering she held a winning entry worth over $1.6 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The Melbourne resident held one of the twelve division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3921, drawn Saturday 16 February 2019. Each entry takes home a division one prize of $1,666,666.67.

Sharing her joy with us this morning, the winner revealed her shock at discovering the life changing news.

“I can hardly believe it!” she exclaimed.

“Isn’t it marvellous? I checked my ticket yesterday and I couldn’t believe my eyes.

“I never thought I would win. Sometimes I get a small win here and there but you never think you’ll win the big one.

“I’ve been putting in the same numbers for yonks. I just put the numbers together all higgledy-piggledy – no special system! It’s just a bit of fun.

“It’s such an unexpected win!”

When asked how she planned to spend her TattsLotto windfall, the generous family woman confessed charities close to her heart were at the top of her Lotto List.

“I don’t know what I am going to do!” she admitted.

“All your life you scrimp and save and hope to turn one dollar into two and now I just don’t know what I’ll do. I’ll share some of it with my family.

“I’ll think about it once I see the money in my bank account. I need to really think about it.

“There are so many charities out there and lots of people who need lots of things so I’d like to be helpful.”

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her 8 game marked entry at Beaconsfield Village Lotto, Beaconsfield Village Shopping Centre, Shop 16-55 Old Princes Highway, Beaconsfield.
