When you join-up to buy lotto online with SA Lotteries you’ll automatically receive an account with Tatts.com, which includes an SA Lotteries and a TattsBet account.
What is a Tatts.com account?
A Tatts.com account is a single account that lets you play lotto, sports and racing, though you can choose to only participate in whichever of these fields you wish. Your Tatts.com account is used to store details relating to your deposits, withdrawals, winnings and your personal and contact details.
When depositing and withdrawing money, or updating your personal details, you will do this in your Tatts.com account. Money in your account is always displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
How does my account work?
Access your account by logging in with your username (email address) and your password, which you set-up when you join. You can access your account at any time by logging in and selecting the account menu.
What if I forget my username?
If you have forgotten your username please contact us.
- Enter your username into the Username/Email field at the top of this screen and then select the ‘Forgot?’ link next to the Log-In button.
- You will be prompted to enter your surname and your date of birth.
- If we can verify your details, a temporary password will be emailed to your registered email address.
- You will be asked to change this temporary password to ensure the security of your account.
Change your password at any time by selecting the My Details tab in the Account menu. Your password must be between 7–12 characters and must contain a letter and a number.
Updating personal details
View or update your personal details at any time by selecting the My Details link in the Account menu. You are unable to make changes to your name and date of birth without completing identity verification again.
Account purchase limits
SA Lotteries offers you the ability to set yourself a play limit. All members can make purchases up to a maximum of AUD $1,000 per week or up to their decided pre-commitment limit. You can manage your pre-commitment limit through your online account.
Closing an account
You can self-exclude online, meaning you can choose to close your account. Visit the Self Manage link in the Account menu to go through the self-exclude process. You can also email customer support with a request to close your account.
Verify your identity
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, the lottery licences issued to SA Lotteries requires you to provide verification of the information you provided during registration. You will be required to verify your age and identity within 90 days of joining or your account will be closed.
