Use your card whenever you play, and if you have a win and you don't claim your prize, we'll automatically pay the prize into your online account or send you a cheque. Or if you win the big one, we'll even call you. There's lot of great reasons to be a Players Club member.
Every time you use your Players Club card in-store, we’ll tell you if you’ve won a prize. For extra security when claiming, we’ll also ask you to present your card and ticket together. This is an important security feature which further protects your prizes from being claimed by anyone but you. And if you forget to claim a prize, we’ll automatically send you a prize cheque or deposit the prize money into your online lottery account.
If you have a Players Club card and you lose a registered ticket or your card, a security 'stop' can be placed on your ticket, preventing it from being paid to someone else, provided it hasn't already been claimed. To place a 'Stop' on a ticket, call us.
Link your card & online lotto account
Link your Players Club card to your online account for online access to view your ticket and prize history (including unclaimed retail prizes), setup online prize payments*, keep your details up to date, check your tickets and pay your card membership fees.
Exclusive $1,000 monthly bonus draw
From April 1 2015, every month 7 lucky Players Club members will receive $1,000 each in the Players Club Bonus Draw. Entry is automatic and this new draw will replace the existing monthly Players Club 2nd Chance draw.

Everyone dreams of a big lotto win, and if you win you want to know about it. But even if you have a smaller win, you want to be sure to get all your prizes. Players Club will call you if you have a 1st Division win, or if you have any win and forget to claim it, we’ll automatically pay your prize to you.
Check prizes & transactions online
Link your Players Club card to your online account and you can view your retail and online ticket history online, as well as your prizes history and even view your unclaimed prizes.View your purchases and wins on the "Ticket History" page of your Account menu. You can check each of your tickets with the "Results Overlay" function, just click on the "i" icon.
Online prize payments
You can have any unclaimed retail prizes paid into your online account - next day! Prizes are paid into your account rather than by cheque, automatically 2 or 4 weeks after the last draw on the ticket or the day after the draw (depending on the prize value).
Activate this feature on the "Card Management" page, of your account.
Save & Edit up to 50 favourites
Favourites are a great way to save and play your special numbers and you can now save up to 50 sets of Favourites. You can play a Favourite anytime you hand your Players Club card to your local retailer.
