We are excited to announce the launch of the Weekday Windfall lottery. The game has been crafted from Monday & Wednesday Lotto, and customer feedback to offer you more.
 

From Monday, 20 May 2024 (Draw 4392 onward), the game you know, and love will be offered on Monday, Wednesday, and now on Friday.

More prizes, more moments that matter and more possibilities.

 

 What's changed?

A new day to play

Introducing a Friday draw. Customers told us Friday is associated with excitement and positivity, and we listened. The Weekday Windfall lottery can be played every Monday, every Wednesday, and every Friday.
 

More millionaires

Customers told us they wanted more chances to win a million dollars. The Division One prize of $1 million has now been boosted for up to six winners*, previously if up to 4 winners^. With the Weekday Windfall lottery offered three times a week, the game is expected to make approximately 127 millionaires in the first 12 months#, that's an extra 27 millionaires!

New entry type

Introducing a new way to play! A Weekday 3 Play entry is a convenient way to purchase into all three days – Monday, Wednesday, or Friday – in one transaction, ensuring you don't miss a weekly draw.

There are two Weekday 3 Play bundles available for customers to get in on the fun:  

  • $10 Bundle – 5 games for 3 draws (a single Monday, Wednesday and Friday draw)
  • $30 Bundle – 15 games into (a single Monday, Wednesday and Friday draw)

You can purchase a Weekday 3 Play entry in Advance or across multiple weeks. 




 

 Some other key changes

Price increase

To support the game updates, there will be a small increase ticket cost compared to current Monday & Wednesday Lotto ticket prices. The subscription price for a Weekday Windfall ticket increases by 5 cents per game (from 55 cents to 60 cents per game), plus commission. The subscription price increase aims to allow for an increase in average divisional prizes across divisions two to six.

 Distribution of Net Prize Pool

The distribution of the Net Prize Pool allocated to prize divisions will remain as it is currently.

QuickPick entry change

Mega QuickPick update

The number of games in a Weekday Windfall Mega QuickPick will be 25 games, whereas Monday & Wednesday Lotto was previously 24 games. This QuickPick change will be applicable for entries purchased from 6 May 2024, Draw 4392 and beyond. 

 Super 66

You can play Super 66 across the Monday, Wednesday, and the new Friday draw.

You can also continue to play Super 66 with TattsLotto.

 How to play

Aside from the Weekday 3 Play new entry type and the Mega QuickPick change, there are no changes to the game matrix, how to play and/or how to win a prize.

The chance of winning a Division One prize will remain as 1 in 8,145,060.
