If you’re part of The Lott Members Club online and have downloaded our popular mobile App onto your iOS or Android device, you can now use the funds within your account to purchase entries in-store.
Don’t worry if you’re not a member already – you can create an account via The Lott website or app in a few easy steps, plus if you are an existing member you can link your player card number when signing up to access and manage your Retail Favourites, prize payment preferences and more.

Log in to your account.
If you do not already have an online account it’s free to join and you can sign up in a few easy steps.
Check your account balance.
If your balance is running low you can top up instantly using your Debit Card or PayPal.
You’ll need to have enough funds to purchase the total amount of your entry when using your account funds in-store.
Tap the Card icon in the top left hand corner of the screen – this is your in-store companion!
You can use the digital version of your membership card which was created for you or that you linked when creating your online account to register entries and claim prizes the same way you would with your physical card.
This is also where you can access our Pay In-Store function.
When you’re ready to buy your entries, let your friendly Retailer know you’d like to pay using your digital account funds. Tap the PAY IN-STORE button in The Lott app to generate a payment barcode that remains active for up to 5 minutes.
Present this barcode to your Retailer to scan and complete your payment.
We currently don’t accept Pay In-Store to purchase Syndicate shares or Instant Scratch-Its tickets but we’re working on it!
