Lotto brings mates together 

A pair of Western Sydney mates couldn’t believe it when they discovered they’d bagged an astonishing $1 million windfall thanks to a recent Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw.  

“We started playing together more than 20 years ago, and we’ve always played the same numbers,” the winning pair told us. 

“We were originally colleagues, but over time we’ve become best mates, and Lotto has been one of the reasons we’ve stayed so close. 

“We’re just so appreciative. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we can’t believe it’s happened to us.” 

Blown away Beaconsfield brothers 

Three Melburnian brothers were completely blown away when they found out they had won an incredible $700,000 prize in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw.  

“I couldn’t stop looking at it on Saturday night. It was about 11pm and I thought I’d check my ticket,” one of the winning brothers said.  

“I thought, ‘holy sh**!’. It really takes you by surprise. We play every week, but we don’t expect to win division one. 

“We’ve had little wins, but nothing major like this. This blew them away on Saturday night. I took a screenshot and sent it to them. They didn’t believe me otherwise.” 

Family tradition leads to lottery loot  

A Crookwell woman was completely unaware of her $100,000 windfall until a week after the draw. The shocked woman won  the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot 1st Prize all because of a family tradition!  

“I had to confirm it was real. I probably won’t believe it’s really real until I see it in the bank account,” the winning woman said.  

“I wouldn’t say I play regularly. I started buying lottery tickets as my grandmother used to give me one for my birthday and it’s just a tradition I’ve kept going. So when I think of it, I buy one. 

“I’m not going to start planning what to do with the prize until it’s in my hands, but it will certainly be put to good use!” 

Victorious Victorians beat their Monday blues 

A Melbourne store syndicate scored big over the weekend after sharing a $1 million division one windfall. The Saturday Lotto division one win meant each syndicate member received a $201,970.10 prize!
