“I thought I was dreaming. I discovered it last night. I haven’t slept since,” she said. 

“It’s a good way to end the year! It’s incredible.

“I’ll definitely be getting a new house and a new car in the new year! It’s going to be a great year!”

Thrilling 2024 ahead for Mornington winner

A Mornington woman is looking forward to experience new thrills in the best way possible by visiting multiple theme parks this year thanks to her $100,000 Instant Scratch-Its win. 

“I was at the newsagency last Thursday evening and I decided to scratch the ticket while I was there. A win of $100,000 came up on the ticket and I let out a few squeals. I couldn’t contain my excitement,” the winning woman said. 

“What a way to start the new year, hey?

“I’ve always wanted to go to Queensland and visit the Gold Coast theme parks. I’ll probably take my two brothers as well.”

Spur-of-the-moment decision leads to $2.3 million Saturday Lotto win

A Woodcroft man’s decision to detour from his trip to Bunnings has truly paid off after scoring a $2.3 million Saturday Lotto win. 

“It’s pretty surreal! It was a spur-of-the-moment thing. I was at Bunnings yesterday, and I just thought I’d go into the $30 million draw, so I went and got a ticket,” the winner told us. 

“I’ll probably put into shares and investments and see what happens from there. I might even buy a new car!

“What a way to finish the year.”

Sleepless night for Brighton-Le-Sands man

The New South Welshman is looking forward to buying his first home and enjoying a much-needed holiday thanks to his $2.3 million Saturday Lotto win!

“I didn’t sleep at all last night. I checked my ticket after the draw, around 11pm. I’ve looked at it about 100 times,” he told us. 

“As soon as I checked it, I couldn’t believe it!

“It’s a huge win for my family. I’m going to buy our first house and maybe I can finally have a break and enjoy an overseas holiday.”
