A Ballarat man’s plans for his future were completely rewritten on the weekend after he discovered he scored more than $848,000 in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.  
 
The Victorian held one of the six division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4455 on Saturday 30 March 2024. Each division one winning entry scored $848,230.70.
 
“I’m still trying to let it sink in!” the winning man exclaimed when we called to confirm his prize.
 

“I checked my ticket last night. I’ve been playing those numbers every week for years.
 

“I first picked them because they’re birthdays and numbers that were a bit special.
 
“I guess they’re special now. I’m very lucky!
 
“It’s amazing!
 
“I didn’t sleep very well after I discovered the win.
 
“I’ll be able to retire a little earlier than planned. It’s incredible!
 
“I never thought this would happen to me!”
 
His winning marked 12-game entry was purchased at Wendouree Newsagency, 1215A Howitt Street, Wendouree.
