A Hoppers Crossing mum and her daughters erupted in joyous disbelief as they celebrated the life-changing moment of winning $2.5 million together in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
 
The Melburnians held one of the four division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4501, drawn Saturday 7 September 2024 and look forward to $2.5 million.
 
So far in 2024, there have been 13 division one winning entries in the west Melbourne region that have collectively taken home more than $14.86 million in prize money.
 
The winning mum revealed that she checked her ticket on Saturday night right after the draw and spent the rest of the night tossing and turning, wondering if she was stuck in a dream.
 
“Oh my god! Oh my god,” she gasped.

“How lovely! I can’t believe it.

“This is awesome. Oh my god!
 
“I checked our ticket on Saturday before bedtime and I couldn’t believe it. 
 
“Initially, I thought that maybe we had won $2,500 but when I ran to show one of my daughters, she told me to check the ticket again. 

“We’ve been playing together for a really long time. I started the ticket about 20 years ago and then my two daughters joined in later on and we’ve been doing it ever since.

“I can retire now! Woo-hoo! It’s so exciting. I can have more time to spend with my family. 

“Thank you so much.”

Their winning 25-game QuickPick entry was purchased at Hudsons Lotto & Dry Cleaning, Shop 5, 145 Watton Street, Werribee.
