A Toronto woman’s morning tea break took an unexpected turn after discovering the life-enhancing news she’d won $200,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries draw, leaving her speechless and fuzzy.
 
The Lake Macquarie local held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1694, drawn Tuesday 7 January 2025. She looks forward to a total prize of $200,000.
 
When we revealed her newfound treasure, the stunned woman shared she was lost for words and couldn’t think straight.
 
“Wow! I’m shaking a bit here!” the winning woman exclaimed.
 
“I’m in shock. I’ve got no words.
 
“I just thought I’d do a routine check of my tickets while on my morning tea break, and now I’m here.
 
“My head is everywhere right now.

“I’m fuzzy. I don’t even know what to think. 

“I can’t hold back the tears. I’ll finally be able to retire.
 
“This win is going to completely change my life.”
 
The winning entry was purchased at Priceline Pharmacy Toronto, Shop 14, Toronto Town Square, 63 The Boulevard, Toronto.
 
Priceline Pharmacy Toronto manager Rachel Jackson shared she couldn’t contain her excitement after discovering her outlet had sold a winning ticket worth $200,000.
 
“I’m over the moon! There were lots of screaming and jumping from me and the staff when we found out,” she said.
 
“Our customers are very excited to hear a local player has won such a great prize.
 
“We’ve sold three 1st Prize winning entries over the years, and our last one was in October 2024.
 
“We wish our winner lots of happiness and joy as they come to terms with their win.”
