A Moorebank retiree has confessed she was rendered speechless by the shocking revelation she scored $200,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries draw. 
 
The New South Wales resident held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1690, drawn Monday 4 November 2024, and took home a total prize of $200,000.
 
“Are you joking? Is this serious?” she gasped.
 
“This isn’t some sort of cruel prank, is it?
 
“Wow! I’m stunned. I’m really stunned.

“I’m not one to keep quiet but this win has me speechless.

“I don’t know what to say.
 
“I’ve been playing Lucky Lotteries and Powerball for years now, but I never expected I’d win anything.
 
“Seeing as it’s Halloween time, I thought you were a prank call at first.
 
“Wow. This is real?! I’m starting to get a bit emotional.
 
“My husband and I are retired, and we could really do with a boost.

Her winning entry of one number was purchased at Moorebank Newsagency and Tobacconist, Shop 22-23, Moorebank Shopping Centre, 42 Stockton Avenue Moorebank.
 
Moorebank Newsagency and Tobacconist owner Steve Eskarous shared that when he discovered his outlet had sold a major prize winning ticket, his heart rate soared with excitement for his customer.
 
“After a year of running the shop, this is our very first major prize win. This is just the beginning — here’s to many more big winning tickets in the future!” he said.
