A Yagoona man who scored $200,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw has attributed his 1st Prize win to his partner, revealing it was the first time he purchased a ticket with “lady luck” by his side.

The Sydneysider won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1614, drawn Friday 16 June 2023.

His winning entry of one random number was purchased at Narellan Newsagency Kiosk, K204, Narellan Town Centre, 26 Camden Valley Way, Yagoona.

“Well, I went on the computer and checked my ticket, and it took me a little while to realise where the decimal point was!” the winning man laughed when we confirmed the winning news.

“I couldn’t believe it! This prize is certainly going to go a long way.

“My partner and I usually take turns each week. One week I’ll purchase one and the next week, she does!

“This time was the first time she was with me! You could say I had some lady luck.

“She’ll have to come with me every time I go buy one now!

“It’s definitely come at the perfect time.

“I’m going to share this win with her and share some with the kids!

“I think we’ll have to go into town to celebrate, maybe go see a show like Mamma Mia!

“Thank you so much.”
