Coffs Harbour man discovers $100,000 Lucky Lottery prize
A Coffs Harbour man has given us a timely reminder to check any old lottery tickets laying around. His Lucky Lotteries ticket had been languishing in his ute for several weeks before he finally checked it to discover a $100,000 prize.
“I often buy tickets and forget I’ve got them in the ute. I went in and checked two tickets – one had no win and the other won $100,000,” he said.
“I couldn’t believe it. I was just in shock. I was shaking for an hour.
“We’re currently renting, and we’ve been saving up for a house deposit for our first family home. This really helps my young family get ahead.”
The Entrance woman set to break into the property market
A woman from The Entrance is also looking forward to starting 2024 on the hunt for her first home after bagging an incredible $200,000 Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize.
“I had to ask my partner to come and check my ticket because I simply didn’t believe it,” she explained.
“He just looked at me with this shocked expression and said, ‘does that say $200,000?’.
“It’s tough out there right now so this is going to push us over the edge and get us into our first home. What an exciting way to end the year!”
Burwood woman shocked by $2.5 million Saturday Lotto win
The excitement continued for a Burwood woman who scored more than $2.5 million in the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw. She exuded joy and gratitude as we confirmed she was now a multi-millionaire.
“It really does feel like I’ve come to the end of a long tunnel and walked into the light!” she said.
“Oh my god. I’m over the moon. What I do know is that this will allow me to buy my first home, which is going to be amazing!
“I’ll help my family and then book a big holiday.”
Port Lincoln man set for the sweet life
Proving that we should always expect the unexpected, a Port Lincoln retiree is now looking forward to enjoying the sweeter things in life thanks to his $100,000 Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot win.
“I purchase tickets into Lucky Lotteries draws now and then and I always visit the same place to buy my tickets,” he said.
“I never expected to win big and it’s very rare for me to even win a small prize. One hundred thousand dollars is next level.
“This will allow me to enjoy life a little bit more, and I’ll share with my children.”
With Oz Lotto’s huge $50 million jackpot draw (1556) next Tuesday, perhaps more Aussies will be enjoying an unexpected win soon. Good luck!
