From the dusty red plains of Finke in the Northern Territory to the seagrass meadows of South East Queensland, our support has stretched far and wide in recent months.

In April, the Channel Nine Telethon for Mater Little Miracles raised $6.7 million to support critical, life-saving care for sick infants and support to their families. As proud presenting partners, The Lott by Golden Casket kicked things off with a donation of $600,000 from unclaimed prize money, alongside our very own team member, Julia, whose baby girl Charlotte was born 15 weeks prematurely.

We celebrated Starlight Day in May with a $250,000 donation to Starlight Children’s Foundation's Wishgranting Program. Since the program began 35 years ago, more than 13,000 once-in-a-lifetime experiences have been granted to seriously ill children.

Also in May, our partnership with the Stars Foundation continued for the fourth year, supporting their mission to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and young women through mentoring programs. With $100,000 funded by The Lott by Tatts NT, the organisation can keep improving health, education, and employment outcomes for First Nations girls and young women.

For the 25th consecutive year, we were the naming rights sponsor for the iconic Tatts Finke Desert Race. Held over the King’s Birthday long weekend in the Northern Territory, our team were there to wave the checkered flag as Beau Robinson and David Walsh took home the trophy and secured the title of ‘King of the Desert’ in their respective car and bike categories.

We’re thrilled to once again support the incredible research of The University of Queensland, with the latest donation of $500,000 funding three different research areas. Led by Professor Glenn King, the teams will continue their work with K’gari funnel web spider venom, seagrass meadows in fighting climate change, and molecular clamp technology.

Your participation in Australia’s official lotteries makes this support possible. Thank you for playing!
