Check out some of the heart-stopping moments from this week:

Ambulance on speed dial after heart skips a beat

A Stafford woman was getting ready for her morning walk when we surprised her with the life-changing phone call revealing she’d won $2.4 million in a recent Saturday Lotto draw. With her heart racing and mind running to process the enormity of the win, she joked we may need to keep an ambulance on speed dial.

“Oh my god! Oh my god!” she joyfully yelled.

“My heart is racing! I can’t believe this.

"I've had a pretty laid-back day off. I was actually about to leave my house to go for a walk, got my AirPods in and everything, but bugger the walk now.

“Thank you so much. I can’t get my heart to stop racing. I might need an ambulance!”
Salisbury woman stopped dead in her tracks

A Salisbury woman’s work commute took a surprising turn when she let out an elated scream after discovering she’d become an overnight millionaire in Weekday Windfall.

“Oh my god!” she screamed.

“I can’t believe it. I’m a millionaire. I’m going to cry.

“I’m so happy. I’m shaking. I’m on the bus right now and I can’t help but scream to everyone that I’ve won.

“I can buy a house! I’ve got my daughter here and we’re so happy. This is everything to us.”

Game, set, multi-millionaire!

From tennis balls to lottery balls! A West Lakes man was glued to a tennis match before he realised he’d scored a grand slam of his own—a $2.4 million win in the Saturday X Lotto.

“We were watching the tennis while the Lotto numbers came up. I usually get up and check, but I was too engrossed in the game,” he shared.

“Initially I read that I’d won $2,500. I thought that was pretty good and then I went ‘hang on’. At that moment, I realised it was a lot more than that.

“My heart started racing and I started jumping around and yelling. All the normal stuff you’d expect to do when you win $2.5 million.

“It still hasn’t sunk in, but we do know it’ll help us do a few things.”
