A Kirribilli pensioner has revealed his dream of upgrading his flip phone can now become a reality after scoring more than $100,000 in a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The Sydney resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10799, drawn Tuesday 3 October 2023.

In addition to his $100,000 prize, the gleeful man’s entry also scored two consolation prizes of $1,000, bolstering his total bounty to $102,000.

We were unable to reach the mystery man until he checked his ticket Friday morning.

“Oh my!” the winning man cheered.

“This is extraordinary!

“I’ll be able to buy a new phone! One of those fancy touchscreen ones.

“I’ve been using this same one for years, which only cost me $15, so an upgrade will be fantastic.

“It’s remarkable to see the draw offers in the newsagency but the fact I’ve won them is something else!

His winning entry of five consecutive numbers was purchased at Miller Street Oval Newsagency, 248 Miller St, North Sydney.
