A Port Lincoln retiree has admitted his eyes sparkled with excitement as he imagined the sweet life with his $100,000 windfall from a recent Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The Eyre Peninsula resident won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10814, drawn Monday 4 December 2023.

It was a gift that kept on giving for the South Australian, after his ticket also scored a consolation prize of $1,000, alongside the guaranteed 1st Prize - bolstering his total windfall to $101,000.

“Oh, I couldn’t believe it,” he laughed.

“It’s hard to fathom. It’s such wonderful news.

“I purchase tickets into Lucky Lotteries draws now and then and I always visit the same place to buy my tickets.

“I never expected to win big and it’s very rare for me to even win a small prize. One hundred thousand dollars is next level.

“This will allow me to enjoy life a little bit more, and I’ll share with my children.

“I’m still in shock!

“Thank you so much.”

His winning entry of two consecutive numbers was purchased at Terry White Chemists – Port Lincoln, 43 Liverpool Street, Port Lincoln.

Terry White Chemists – Port Lincoln team members Tracy and Rose said it was a great feeling to see one of their customers so happy.

“Yahoo! What great news! It’s been two years since we’ve sold a major prize-winning entry and we’ve been eagerly waiting for the next one to land here,” Tracy said.
