A Kings Langley mum’s weekly routine has led her to an unforgettable $50,000 Instant Scratch-Its win, declaring this Christmas will be the best one yet. 

The top prize winning $4 Rio Bingo Plus Instant Scratch-Its ticket was purchased at Kings Langley Newsagency, Shop 4, Kings Langley Shopping Centre, Corner of James Cook Drive & Ravenhill Street, Kings Langley. 

Sharing her excitement with us this morning, the thrilled winner recounted the moment she discovered her win. 

“I usually buy myself a couple of scratchies every week,” she explained. 

“I decided to mix it up a little bit with the tickets I chose. 

“I scratched them as soon as I got home. I was absolutely amazed when I saw that I had won! 

“I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t believe my eyes. 

“I was just looking at it for about five minutes. 

“It’s just so much money. It’s very exciting!” 

With $50,000 hitting her bank account in no time, she had no hesitation revealing her plans for her prize. 

“Well, I just got a brand new car, so I will be able to pay that off,” she declared.   

“Then I will really be able to spoil the children. 

“It will be a lovely Christmas present.” 

Kings Langley Newsagency owner Lily Zhou said the outlet had been on a winning streak. 

“Just a couple of months ago we sold a division one winning Wednesday Lotto ticket,” she explained. 

“We are so happy to see another one of our customers take home an amazing prize.
