A Ballarat local has declared he’ll treat his wife to a brand new car after winning $337,791.70 in the weekend’s Super 66 draw.

The excited man explained to a Tatts official he had checked his ticket online at thelott.com at around midnight on Saturday night following the draw only to discover he was holding the division one winning ticket.

“I checked my ticket and it was the funniest thing. It was the first game on my ticket and I looked through the numbers on my ticket without even realising,” the winner explained.

“Then I looked at the top again and saw it and thought to myself ‘that’s it’!  

“I yelled out to my wife ‘you’re not going to believe this but we just got Super 66’!

“When I told my wife she was screaming with joy. She kept asking me when Tatts was going to ring.” 

When asked what he planned to do with this Super 66 windfall the winner didn’t hesitate in replying. 

“The first thing I’m going to do is buy my wife a brand new car,” he announced.

“She’s been doing her research and she’s wanted one for a while.

“This is just amazing news. We’ll be able to pay off some of the house there are so many things you can with this kind of a prize.” 

The regular player, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his 12-game division one winning QuickPick Super 66 online at thelott.com.

The six winning numbers in Super 66 draw 3813 on Saturday 3 February 2018 were 2, 3, 9, 6, 6 and 5.

Throughout Australia, the winning entry purchased online at thelott.com was one division one winning entry in Super 66 draw 3813. 

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 262 so far this financial year, including 92 won by Tatts customers.
