A Super 66 player in Surfers Paradise is having a secret celebration today after Golden Casket officially confirmed the customer had won division one in Saturday’s Super 66 draw.

But the mysterious winner wishes to keep their identity shrouded in secrecy; opting to remain completely anonymous.

The winner scooped the division one prize worth $33,332 on an entry purchased from Newsextra Circle News, K1003 Paradise Centre, Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise.

The winning entry was registered to a Winner’s Circle card so Golden Casket was able to phone and confirm the news with the coast’s newest winner. 

Golden Casket spokesperson Elissa Lewis said the Gold Coast Glitter strip was no stranger to lottery wins with a semi-retired couple from Surfers Paradise winning more than $500,000 in Saturday Gold Lotto two weeks ago!

“In 2016 the Gold Coast took out top honours for the Queensland region to have sold the most division one winning entries,” Ms Lewis explained.

“From 1 December 2015 to 30 November 2016 there were eight division one winning entries sold in the Gold Coast region totalling more than $30 million, with the biggest prize won was $20 million won in Oz Lotto by a Gold Coast tradie.

“There’s no way of knowing where the next big lotto prize will land and there’s only one way to improve your chances of winning – buy a ticket!

“We’re expecting a lot of interest in the weekend’s $20 Million Superdaw, so customers are advised to get in early and purchase their entry.

“Just imagine who you could surprise in your life if you won a share in $20 million.

The entry, purchased from Newsextra Circle News, K1003 Paradise Centre, Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise, was the only winning entry in Super 66 draw 3711.

The winning numbers in Super 66 draw 3711 on Saturday 11 January 2017 were 7, 9, 7, 4, 3 and 3.

Super 66 is an add-on game played with Gold Lotto, Monday and Wednesday Gold Lotto, Oz Lotto, Powerball and The Pools. 

The Lott’s division one winning tally is now sitting at 253 so far this financial year, including 59 from Golden Casket.
