A Noosa woman has confessed her birthday celebrations may continue for a little longer after her husband gave her a $25,000 winning Instant Scratch-Its ticket.

The top prize winning $2 Instant Scratch-Its ticket was purchased at Noosa Junction Newsagency, Shop 26, Noosa Fair Shopping Centre, 3 Lanyana Way, Noosa Heads.

Confirming her exciting win with us, the winning Sunshine Coast resident said she initially thought she might have been seeing things.

“I didn’t think my eyes were working properly at first!” she exclaimed.

“There were a few moments of complete confusion before I realised that I’d actually won.

“Birthday presents don’t come much better than this, I have to say!”

When asked how she planned to celebrate her birthday bounty, the elated woman laughed and shared the win had made her feel very fortunate.

“I don’t know what I’ll do yet, but I know I’m going to enjoy it,” she said.

“The birthday celebrations continue!”
