A Crows Nest man has come forward this afternoon to claim his $10 million Oz Lotto prize, promising the incredible win will change so many people’s lives. 

The Sydney player held the only division one winning entry across Australia in Oz Lotto draw 1342, drawn Tuesday 5 November 2019. He takes home the entire division one prize of $10 million. 

Sharing his joy with us, the overwhelmed winner said he’d just had the surprise of his life. 

“I went to the newsagency just now to buy a ticket for tonight’s lotto draw and thought I’d better check my Oz Lotto entry,” he explained. 

“When the lady at the newsagency said I’d won division one it was quite a surprise! I got so excited. 

“I really feel like this prize is meant to be.” 

When asked how he planned to enjoy his multi-million dollar win the generous man said his entire community would benefit. 

“This prize will be shared and enjoyed by so many people,” he cried with happiness. 

“I’m certainly going to donate a lot to the charities that are really important to me and help people who haven’t had as much good luck as I have. 

“I just want to look after my family and ensure they’re set up forever. 

“I want to be very charitable and share this with so many people. 

“I’m incredibly grateful!” 

The winning entry was purchased at newsXpress Crows Nest, 25 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest.

“We have been checking tickets frantically all day,” she laughed.
