Mystery unregistered entry from New South Wales wins entire $50 million Oz Lotto jackpot
One New South Wales entry won the entire $50 million Oz Lotto jackpot, but the identity of the new multi-millionaire remains a mystery.
The New South Wales entry was the only division one winning entry in Oz Lotto draw 1339 on 15 October 2019.
As the winning entry was not registered to a player card, we have no way of contacting the ticketholder and they may have yet to discover they’re now $50 million richer. We urge all New South Wales residents or visitors who purchased an entry in the Oz Lotto draw to check their ticket and make contact to claim their prize.
It’s the 10th division one winning entry in Oz Lotto so far this year. These 10 division one winning entries have shared $285 million in division one prize money.
Oz Lotto spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said she is eagerly waiting for Australia’s newest multi-millionaire to make contact and start the prize claim process.
“Someone has become an overnight mid-week multi-millionaire but possibly doesn't know it yet. We can’t wait for them to discover this winning news! Just imagine how $50 million might change your life and the lives of your nearest and dearest,” she said.
“There are 50 million reasons why all New South Wales players who had an entry in the draw should check their ticket.
“If you discover you’re holding the division one winning entry, hold on tight to that ticket and phone 131 868 as soon as possible so that we can start the prize claim process!”
Remember to register your tickets to a player card so any prizes are secure and you can be contacted directly with the good news of a big win.
A total of 816,593 prizes worth more than $67.8 million were won in divisions two to seven. This includes 12 division two winners who each landed $42,198.10.
The winning numbers in Oz Lotto draw 1339 were 5, 32, 22, 13, 20, 25 and 42, while the supplementary numbers were 21 and 23.
