Mystery Melburnian leaves lockdown with $60 million Powerball prize
A mystery Melburnian has won the entire $60 million Powerball jackpot tonight, but the identity of the new multi-millionaire remains a mystery.
The Victorian entry was the only division one winning entry in Powerball draw 1327 on 21 October 2021.
As tonight’s winning entry was not registered to a player card, the identity of the ticketholder remains a mystery and they may have yet to discover they’re now $60 million richer.
We're urging all Victorians who purchased an entry in tonight’s Powerball draw to check their ticket and make contact to claim their prize.
The winning entry was sold from a Tatts outlet in inner Melbourne.
The win is Victoria’s second-biggest ever lottery prize. In August this year, a north Melbourne dad took home $80 million – the state’s biggest individual lottery win.
In addition to the $60 million division one winner, there were more than 2.023 million winners across divisions two to nine in tonight's Powerball draw who collectively took home more than $34.29 million.
There are 60 million reasons why all Melbourne players who had an entry in tonight’s draw should check their ticket immediately.
If you discover you’re holding the division one winning entry, hold on tight to that ticket and phone 131 868 as soon as possible so that we can start the prize claim process!
