NSW Lotteries is putting out the call for anyone who purchased an unregistered Powerball ticket in the ACT district of Woden Valley to check their tickets as soon as possible because they could be an incredible $35 million richer!

Someone is walking around with a $35 million winning Powerball ticket in their wallet or purse, and they may not even be aware of it because the division one winning entry was not registered to a Players Club card so NSW Lotteries has no way of contacting them to break the dream-come-true news.

NSW Lotteries spokesperson Belinda McDougall is still waiting for the mystery Powerball winner to check their entry and discover they’re a millionaire thirty five times over!

“The Powerball ticket with the winning numbers on it is worth an incredible $35 million which is why we’re eager for our ticket holder, and new multi-millionaire, to come forward to NSW Lotteries as soon as possible so we can begin the prize claim process.

“We also encourage players to register their entries to a Players Club card because it not only ensures their prize is secure, but it also means we can contact them directly with the news of a big win!

“Anyone who believes they are holding the division one winning Powerball ticket should keep it in a safe place and contact NSW Lotteries on 131 868 as soon as possible to start the process of claiming their $35 million and planning the rest of their lives as new multi-millionaires!”

Along with the huge jackpot prize more than 602,000 prizes were won across Australia in division two to eight, sharing a total prize pool of more than $13.4 million.

The winning numbers in Powerball’s $35 million draw 1055 on Thursday 4 August 2016 were 16, 3, 38, 8, 17 and 24. The Powerball number was 5.
