Saturday Lotto’s $20 Million Superdraws have a track record of creating multiple millionaires and last weekend’s special event was no different!

Draw 4049, drawn Saturday 9 May 2020, saw 11 winning entries share the $20 million division one prize pool, each scoring a prize worth $1,818,181.82.

A Melbourne syndicate was among those to score an incredible $1.8 million. As well as winning the division one prize, the syndicate’s System entry also won division three 12 times and division four 15 times. Each member of the syndicate receives a share worth $183,289.89 — not a bad way to start the week at all.

But living up to the Superdraw Saturday’s super reputation, the remaining division one winning entries belonged to ten thrilled Aussies who each became millionaires!

It’s the most millionaires we’ve seen created in a single draw so far this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled to know each winner will see $1.8 million in their account to make some winning dreams come true for themselves and their families.

We’ve already spoken to one generous Gawler woman who will soon hold the title of ‘world’s best mother, grandmother and great-grandmother’ after declaring she plans to share her $1.8 million prize with her nearest and dearest.

“I’ve got children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When I told them all I had won, they didn’t believe me,” she said.

“Once they realised it was true, we all started crying we were so happy.

“It was a great way to spend Mother’s Day!”

The division one wins landed all across the county with four landing in Victoria, three in New South Wales/ACT, one each in Queensland and South Australia, and two in Western Australia.

There were also 1.19 million winners across divisions two to six, so make sure you check your tickets to find out if you were a winner!

While the weekend’s Superdraw Saturday proved itself to be a millionaire-making machine, there’s still plenty more chances to win big with Saturday Lotto.

Every Saturday you have the chance to take home a share in an estimated $4 million, plus keep an eye out for future special Saturday event draws — they are not to be missed!
