“I nearly needed an ambulance!”: $689,000 TattsLotto prize gets Braybrook woman’s heart racing
A Braybrook woman has admitted her heart hasn’t stopped pounding since the revelation she won $689,000 in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The Melbourne resident held one of the eight division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4339, drawn Saturday 18 February 2023. Each division one winning entry scored $685,236.47.
The woman’s marked System 7 entry also scored division three 6 times, bolstering her total windfall to $689,430.77.
“My heart is still pounding, my love,” the woman exclaimed when speaking with us.
“I wasn’t 100% certain last night, but this morning it’s been confirmed.
“I didn’t really have a good sleep. The brain is going nuts.
“Oh my goodness, oh my goodness gracious. I’m so excited.
“I’ve been playing these numbers for many years. I randomly picked them many, many years ago. There’s a couple of birthdays in there. I just randomly picked them, and they’ve finally come up.
“When you put your ticket on, you never think you’re going to be a division one winner.
“I check my tickets religiously after the draw on Saturday night. I nearly needed an ambulance! I thought I was reading it wrong.
“This is going to take a chunk off the mortgage, maybe I’ll update the car and even get a new fridge.
“I still can’t believe it!”
Her marked System 7 entry was purchased at Braybrook North Lotto, Kiosk 4, 330 Ballarat Road, Braybrook.
Braybrook North Lotto owner Su Vo said he was very happy his outlet had welcomed another division one winner.
“This is the first individual division one win we’ve had since we relocated here four years ago,” he said.
“Many people think we’re a lucky outlet and now we can prove it! This has created lots of buzz among our customers.
“We’re so honoured this division one win was sold by our outlet and we wish our winner all the very best with their prize.”
