A doting Dee Why mum has expressed her immense joy upon hearing that her $1 million win in last night’s Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw wasn't a “system error” but indeed her newfound fortune.

The Northern Sydney resident held one of the two division one winning entries in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4335, drawn Wednesday 1 November 2023 and pocketed $1 million.

So far in 2023, there have been 10 division one winning entries in the Central and Northern Sydney region that have collectively taken home more than $96.71 million in prize money.

The newly minted millionaire was going about her usual morning when she received an email about her lottery loot that flipped her entire world upside down.

“Oh my god!” she exclaimed.

“Thank you so much! I woke up this morning and I noticed I had an email notifying me to check my Monday & Wednesday Lotto ticket.

“I went straight on The Lott app to check my ticket and I immediately thought it was some sort of prank or glitch in the system – I’m glad to know it’s not!

When asked what dreams she had for her million-dollar win, the New South Wales woman shared she already had some plans in place.

“It’s boring, but I’ll look forward to paying off some bills like many others,” she said.

“We will go on a holiday, and I’ll put some money away for the kids.”
