Christmas comes early for Keysborough woman after bagging $900,000 TattsLotto win
A Keysborough woman is full of Christmas cheer and is ready to welcome in the new year after her bank account was boosted by more than $900,000 from the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The Melbourne woman held one of five division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4423, drawn Saturday 9 December 2023, and took home $989,313.82.
The winning woman received the call of a lifetime from lus while she was on the way to check her tickets.
“No way! I was just heading to the news agency now to see if I had won anything,” she exclaimed.
“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
“This is the best Christmas present ever.
“I just can’t believe this.”
The gleeful woman was too stunned to make any concrete plans but shared she would let the news of her win sink in before making any formal decisions.
“I have no clue what I’ll do with the prize just yet,” she said.
“Once it’s in my bank account, it will feel more real!”
Her winning marked 18-game entry was purchased at Lucky Touch Lotto & Gifts, 206 Lower Dandenong Road, Mordialloc.
Lucky Touch Lotto & Gifts owner Ernest Schilling said he was elated his store had sold a division one winning entry in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
“This is wonderful. We hope this has come at a great time for our winning customer!” he said.
“We can’t wait to celebrate with our customers and what great timing with Christmas around the corner. They will be over the moon.
“Many of them had been asking me recently when was the last time that we sold a division one winning entry and some even said they had a feeling another one was coming soon. It’s unbelievable!
“We hope this blessing brings our customer and their family a great positive life and boundless opportunities!
“I’d also like to congratulate the Tatts team for the first class support you provide to our store, the community and on this occasion, my customer!”
