After tickets were checked nationwide for the multi-million-dollar winning combination, a group of Aussies are set to kick off their new financial year a staggering $3.7 million richer after scoring a share in Saturday Lotto’s $30 Million Megadraw division one prize.

If you think this draw is impressive, you’re not wrong. We haven’t seen Aussies take home a Megadraw prize of more than $3 million each since 2022!

Our division-one winners were cheering right down the coastline with four in Queensland, one each in New South Wales and South Australia, and two in Tasmania.

Here’s a snapshot of how the wins played out:

  • Among our eight division one winners, seven were made multi-millionaires, and one entry was from a private syndicate to be shared among three friends.
  • Each division one prize scored a huge $3.7 million — the biggest Megadraw prize we’ve seen Aussies take home since 2022.

  • The winning numbers​, from draw 4481 on Saturday 29 June 2024, were ​30, 24, 44, 21, 45, and 10​. While the supplementary numbers were ​31​ and ​28​.
  • Among our four winners in Queensland, a Forest Lake dad was shocked after discovering it was his second major win this year.

From worldwide travel plans and donations to charity  to mortgages being paid off, our winners grappled with the exciting reality of their newfound fortune. But it was a Spring Mountain mum’s raw reaction this morning after we delivered the life-changing news that pulled at our heartstrings.

“Oh my god! Oh my god!” she cried out.

“Holy s***!

“I’m in shock. I don’t know what to feel. 

“I don’t even play often – this is my second ticket in the last two months.

“I’ll be using the prize to help set up my daughter for the future. She’s still so young and this will go a long way.”

Meanwhile, a Forest Lake dad had to do a “double-take” at his ticket after landing his second major lottery loot this year.

“I can’t believe it’s happened again,” the winning man gasped.

“Wow! Thank you so much. I had a double-take when I checked it this morning.
 
“Some might question why I continue to play but I thought I’d give it another shot to continue to help out my family.”
 
Although he isn’t ready to quit his day job, when asked what he planned to do with another multi-million-dollar boost the Brisbane dad didn’t hesitate to share.
 
“Last time, I used most of the win to help set up my family,” he explained.

“Now, I’ll be able to donate to a lot of charities, buy myself a property, and travel the world.

“I’m still working. I love what I do. I work in the medical sector, and I really enjoy giving back to those less fortunate.”
