A Box Hill couple’s Sunday mornings have gained a special significance after revelling in the delightful discovery of their $1.6 million TattsLotto windfall.

The dynamic duo held one of the six division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4415, drawn Saturday 11 November 2023 and pocketed a total prize of $1,666,666.67.

“Wow! Thank you so much!” the winning husband gasped when an official from The Lott phoned to confirm the newfound treasure.

“It’s so surreal. We didn’t believe it.

“This phone call really makes it feel more real.

“My wife purchases a ticket into TattsLotto every week, and she asked me to check the results for her on Sunday morning.

“The win came up and I was speechless, and she couldn’t believe her eyes.

“It’s definitely a Sunday that we’ll never forget.

“We’ve talked about things we could do with the prize, but we wanted to make sure it was real first.

“I’m not one to count my chickens!

“Thank you so much. It will go to good use.”

Their winning entry was purchased at Doncaster Lotto, Shop 104 Westfield Doncaster, 619 Doncaster Road, Doncaster.
